Allows explaining of delays by entering a “reason” from a list – used for reports, analysis and post mortem
In the project life cycle activities start late and/or finish late and/or become longer.
When the organization or the project manager want to understand what are the main reasons for these delays and to learn from this information for the continuation of the project or in other future projects, Documentation of the reason is needed.
The Oops! addon enables simple and comfortable documentation, and later analysis of the information and report generating.
Each MS-Project user can determine the list of common relevant reasons for delays in his organization or project.
Step 1 - Settings list of reasonsClick 
, from the left pane choose "Oops" and click "Add"

Write the reason at the description and click "OK"
** You should do this stage only once **Step 2 - Attach a reason to taskSelect the relevant task, click 
, choose a reason and click OK.

A new column with "Excuse" title will automatically be add to the current view.
