Right click an email or click the button from the toolbar to automatically archive an email based on your selected archiving methodology.
To define the archiving rules please go to the Inlook menu, select "Preferences", then "Inbox Cleaner" and then select how you want Inlook to archive.

Right click an email or click the button from the toolbar to remove an email from the inbox for a specific period of time. Inlook will prompt you when it's time to handle the email.

To define prioritization rules please go to the Inlook menu and select analytics. Inlook provides you automated analysis. For each item, please select in the grid the priority for that person / organization. Once you have set this up, Inlook will apply this setting to every new email and meeting invite that is sent to you.
