Let me tell you my story, and you will find out the why exactly. One day, I had to resend an e-mail in Outlook 2010. I spent almost half an hour to learn how to get it done. It’s simple, if you know the How-To. I asked my colleague, but he told me that he couldn't figure it out even after browsing through all the tabs and commands in Outlook 2010! After a few more futile attempts, I finally looked for a solution on the Internet. Thanks to Google, I found the answer. But it’s really really time-consuming!
Could you imagine that you need to spend lots of time to search command in Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 applicaitons?
